Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Orders may take longer to process during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from South Korea.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

  • Cambodia

4. Estimated Delivery Time
All shipments are sent from Korea to Cambodia every Friday. 

Korea to Cambodia: about 5 to 7 days
Cambodia to Customer about 1 to 2 days

    Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    5. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate per order. 
    Shipping fees may be waived based on order value.

    Check product pages or your cart/checkout page for specific shipping fees.  

    All shipping charges are non-refundable.

    6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    All duties and customs taxes are covered by Corea Care (DDP).

    7. Tracking Information
    Tracking numbers are available once your order arrives in Cambodia.

    8. Delays & Lost Packages
    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers
    • Customs inspections
    • Weather conditions
    • Events beyond our control

    If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

    9. Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    Corea Care is not responsible for:

    • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

    Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
